Keeping in mind the advancement in technology,for meeting the needs of industry an emerging course of 'Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning' with total intake of 60 has been introduced by the Institute. The department has well equipped laboratories and experienced qualified staff.The co-curricular activities organised for the students reinforces the academic environment of the Department. The department focuses on the project-based learning to enhance the practical skills of the students.

Total intake of the course is 120. The department of Computer Engineering provides quality education in the field of Computer and information technology. The Department has a team of qualified, experienced and enthusiastic faculty members who along with imparting knowledge also mentor students for thier overall development. The department has excellent infrastructure which provides encouraging enviourment for acheiving academic excellence. Various activities are run under department which include expert talks, industrial visits, seminars, Workshops, Red hat lab.

Eligibility Criteria for Admission to First Year
  1. The Candidate should be an Indian National .
  2. Passed Secondary School Certificate (SSC) or its equivalent, with at least 35% aggregate marks.
Eligibility Criteria for Admission to Direct Second Year
  1. The Candidate should be an Indian National.
  2. Passed 12th Std. examination with Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects along with one of the Mathematics/ Biology (Botany and Zoology) OR 12th Science (with Mathematics as one of the Subject) or 12th Science with Vocational OR 12th Science with Technical OR 10th + (2 years ITI)/(CoE equivalent to 2 year ITI) with appropriate Trade.
